The role partners with plant leadership to optimize procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and cost targets.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a Tier 1 manufacturing setting, proven leadership, and strong ERP/MRP experience (SAP/Oracle/Plex).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing supply chain, planning or logistics teams.
  • 3+ years leading planners, buyers, schedulers, logistics, or warehouse personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees demand planning, production scheduling, inventory control, and material flow.
  • Develops and executes supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Leads sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and supplier development.
  • Monitors KPIs including inventory turns, on-time delivery, and cost reductions.
  • Manages transportation, warehousing, receiving, shipping, and logistics functions.
  • Collaborates with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Service.

This fully onsite role serves as a key strategic partner to plant leadership, playing a critical role leading and optimizing all supply chain activities, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and supplier performance. This role ensures the uninterrupted flow of materials to support manufacturing operations while meeting customer delivery requirements, quality standards, and cost objectives.The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience within an OEM or Tier 1 manufacturing environment.
