Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join the Ridgway, PA team. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and optimizing supply chain processes, with an emphasis on forecasting, planning, and KPI benchmarking.

You will collaborate with operations, procurement, logistics, and distribution to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in SCM/logistics in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years Supply Chain/Materials/Logistics experience.
• 3+ years progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Achieve SCM objectives by contributing material management input to strategic plans and action plans.
• Support standardization and continuous improvement of global SCM processes.
• Develop SMEs/Key Users and maintain regular interaction channels with user groups.
• Assist in development of new process technology for SCM systems.
• Serve as key contact for manufacturing plants to drive problem resolution and corrective actions.
• Maintain current and future state process flows for core SCM processes.
