You will optimize material flow, ensure inventory accuracy, and support manufacturing readiness through cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include ERP/WMS transactions, lot control, and line clearance activities while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in materials management.
• Experience in regulated laboratory environments and GMP-regulated settings.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and parcel shipping processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across Logistics, Warehouse, and Manufacturing functions.
• Perform ERP/WMS transactions, manage lot information, and ensure material traceability.
• Oversee line clearance activities and material inspections for production readiness.
• Participate in audits, documentation maintenance, and corrective actions.
• Operate material handling equipment and coordinate transfers between central warehouse and labs.
