Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of experience with databases and spreadsheets.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
• Minimum (4) four years of experience managing operational or project budgets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Material Management, Operations Research, or related field AND minimum seven (7) years of experience in purchasing, contracting, negotiations, material management, logistics, finance, or a directly related field OR Minimum ten (10) years of experience in purchasing, contracting, negotiations, material management, logistics, finance, or a directly related field.
• Three (3) years of experience in healthcare experience or another heavily regulated industry (e.g., Banking, Manufacturing).
• Four (4) years of experience working cross-functionally across departments, functions, or business lines.

Responsibilities

• Oversees team applying best standards and practices in Supply Chain and Logistics, and ensures compliance with guidelines.
• Drives resolution of inventory, asset, and vendor/supplier deficiencies and guides corrective actions.
• Guides implementation of recommendations to streamline current systems and transform operating models based on audits and data.
• Oversees long-term asset accounting, supplier performance, and cost-reduction strategies.
