Job summary

Elbit America seeks a Senior Manager of Supply Chain to lead procurement, planning, and supplier management for repair, overhaul, and manufacturing programs. You will oversee material sourcing, inventory optimization, and production scheduling to meet customer requirements and budgets.

Best candidates will have MRP/ERP experience, supplier negotiation skills, and a track record of delivering cost-effective, compliant supply chains in defense or related sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration and 8-10 years of experience or MBA with 6-8 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated experience with MRP, Purchasing, Production Control, Inventory Control, and Just-In-Time production.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services for repair, overhaul, and manufacturing.
• Coordinate with account managers, contracts, and operations to ensure optimal stock levels and timely processing of orders.
• Manage sourcing of materials to support production planning and ensure on-time delivery to manufacturing.
• Maintain cost visibility and support budget targets through effective supplier negotiation and expediting.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 and other required quality standards.
