Job summary

Brook & Whittle is seeking a Senior Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution in a fast-paced labeling manufacturing environment. You will oversee SIOP, demand and supply planning, procurement, and supplier management to optimize service levels and costs.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of leadership in manufacturing supply chains, with strong ERP and planning system experience, and a track record of delivering cost savings through Lean/Six Sigma

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
• Strong experience in SIOP/S&OP within manufacturing, packaging, or labeling.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence executives.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems and cost reduction.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategy and end-to-end SIOP.
• Lead demand and supply planning across multiple facilities.
• Direct procurement operations and supplier management.
• Establish KPIs like OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turns.
• Drive continuous improvement with Lean / Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and finance.
• Mentor and develop SCM team.
