Douglas Electrical Components in Randolph, NJ seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, logistics, inventory control, and supplier performance. You will drive data-driven improvements to service levels, cost, and working capital while developing scalable supply chain processes.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing supply chain, strong leadership, ERP/MRP experience, and CPSM/Lean certifications preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field preferred.
Five or more years of progressive supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or materials-management experience in manufacturing.
Two or more years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems, inventory controls, supplier performance management, and freight/logistics coordination required.
APICS/ASCM, CPSM, Lean, Six Sigma, or related professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead supply chain execution for procurement, material flow, logistics, warehousing, and inventory control.
Own inventory accuracy, cycle-count programs, physical inventory activities, and root-cause resolution for variances.
Establish and maintain inventory policies for safety stock, reorder points, lead time, and obsolescence.
Direct inbound/outbound logistics, freight planning, and carrier coordination to control costs.
Develop KPIs, standard work, and routines to drive accountability and performance across supply chain.
