Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems and production scheduling tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time orders.
• Track progress from raw material receipt to shipment.
• Follow deliveries, shortages, tooling issues, material availability.
• Prioritize and adjust schedules for expedites and changes.
• Coordinate with supervisors to resolve delays.
• Liaise between engineering, supply chain, sales, production for alignment.
• Monitor WIP and ensure flow across production cells.
• Support planning by analyzing demand, capacity, material availability.
• Maintain scheduling data in ERP and reporting systems.
• Communicate schedule updates, risks, changes to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency.
