Job summary

Wildman seeks a Director of Supply Chain to build a scalable, data-driven function supporting eight locations. You will lead sourcing, inventory, logistics, and supplier management while partnering with Sales, Operations, and Finance to improve service, reduce cost, and enhance working capital.

You will drive ERP and analytics initiatives, standardize processes, and develop an enterprise-wide supply chain capability, traveling regularly to locations and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Significant progressive supply chain leadership experience in a multi-site organizat ion.
• Experience managing $20 million+ in annual addressable spend.
• Proven record of delivering significant, sustainable cost or productivity improvements.
• ERP implementation, upgrade, or significant systems transformation experience.
• Willingness to travel regularly among locations and to suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute enterprise supply chain strategy and transformation roadmap.
• Lead sourcing, purchasing, inventory, logistics, supplier management, demand planning, and replenishment.
• Develop a scalable operating model to support growth across locations.
• Partner with Finance to translate improvements into EBITDA, cash flow, and working capital results.
• Build master data, reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics across the chain.
• Travel regularly among Wildman locations and to strategic supplier meetings.
