Responsibilities

Supports plant scheduling, logistics, transportation, and procurement activities to support production goals and profitability.
Develop, execute, and adjust production schedules based on demand forecasts and capacity.
Oversee transportation and freight programs, including carrier coordination and cost management.
Negotiate and manage contracts with carriers and suppliers.
Analyze data to identify risks, reduce downtime, and improve service levels.
Collaborate with operations, sourcing, distribution, and sales teams to improve cross-functional efficiency.
Define, monitor, and report KPIs for scheduling, logistics, procurement, and vendor performance.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling, logistics, and compliance.
