Job summary

RLS LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Hazelwood, MO to lead materials planning, procurement, and inventory control for production needs. You will partner with production, quality, engineering, and finance to optimize material availability and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain with ERP and data analysis expertise, plus strong collaboration and vendor management skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of supply chain, materials management, procurement, inventory management, scheduling, logistics, or manufacturing operations experience required.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with ERP systems, materials management tools, automation, and related process improvements.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementation or optimization is a plus.
  • Experience using Power BI or similar data analysis and visualization tools to evaluate supply chain performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, supporting team performance, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results under deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, operational excellence, cost-effective execution, and key performance metrics.
  • Vendor management experience, including purchase order delivery, performance follow-up, and contract initiation preferred.
  • Inventory management, fulfillment, shipping, scheduling, and international logistics experience, including knowledge of import/export regulations.

What You'll Do

As Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee materials planning, procurement, inventory management, supplier coordination, and supply chain initiatives that support production needs and business objectives.

You will partner with production, quality, engineering, finance, suppliers, and other stakeholders to align material availability with operational priorities, improve communication, and support continuous improvement through lean manufacturing, automation, ERP-related initiatives, and supply chain best practices.

Develop and manage project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets.

What You'll Need
