Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Chicago invites an experienced Group Lead to steer end-to-end AFH Innovation projects within Supply Chain Development. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, cost improvements, and readiness for commercialization.

You will partner with finance, engineering, procurement, and external manufacturing to develop capital plans, drive NPD initiatives, and optimize capacity and manufacturing efficiency across the product life cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years combined experience in manufacturing, business development or HQ business team experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Project Management for Consumer Products.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Marketing/Finance principles.
• Minimum 2 years of Plant Manufacturing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AFH Innovation projects in supply chain development.
• Drive manufacturing cost improvements through cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead readiness to support commercialization, start-ups, growth, capacity and cost-out initiatives.
• Develop capital business cases with finance and project teams to support growth.
• Coordinate with co-manufacturers and external vendors on NPDs and cost-out initiatives.
• Manage financial targets, capital projects, trial activity and start-up expenses.
