Job summary

American Rheinmetall is seeking a strategic procurement leader to oversee the NGCV/OMFV program, focusing on supplier identification, qualification, and timely delivery of parts and materials.

You will align with the Senior VP Procurement and engineering teams, drive PPAP/FAI processes, and build robust supplier relationships to ensure performance in a highly regulated defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Supply Chain or Business.
• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience.
• Experience with supplier qualification and management.
• Knowledge of US DoD processes for vehicle development.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers for on-time delivery.
• Evaluate supplier QA systems to meet specifications.
• Oversee PPAP and FAI for components.
• Develop supplier performance metrics.
• Coordinate with engineering on BOMs and vendor RFQs.
