The Cigna Group in Connecticut is seeking a strategic supply chain leader to drive initiatives with strategic accounts, including rebate alignment, formulary management, and value-based solutions. This role partners across functions to educate, influence, and operationalize initiatives that support growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare/PBM with strong analytical skills, executive presence, and proven project management and negotiation abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in healthcare/PBM with supply chain knowledge.
• Strong business, financial, analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proven cross-functional project management and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage supply chain initiatives for strategic accounts.
• Drive strategy development, opportunity targeting and senior leader alignment.
• Financial tracking, contract compliance and value-based initiatives.
• Cross-functional education, influence and execution of initiatives to grow.
• Resolve issues and deliver results under tight deadlines.
