Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain, procurement, planning, or related fields.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, or regulated industries.
• Strong sourcing, supplier relationship, and contract negotiation expertise.
• Deep knowledge of MRP/ERP, forecasting, production planning, and analytics.
• Experience supporting customer fulfillment and service performance.
• Proven ability to analyze complex challenges and implement sustainable solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with ERP, reporting platforms, Microsoft Office, data-driven tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across procurement, strategic sourcing, supply planning, inventory management, and customer fulfillment.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to improve service levels, material availability, inventory performance, operational efficiency, and cost management.
• Direct supplier management including vendor selection, contract negotiations, sourcing initiatives, performance management, and risk mitigation.
• Lead planning processes including demand and supply planning, forecasting, inventory strategies, production planning, and capacity alignment.
• Ensure alignment between customer demand, inventory availability, procurement activities, manufacturing schedules, and distribution requirements.
• Oversee customer order fulfillment, issue resolution, service performance, and customer communications.
• Identify and resolve critical supply, planning, inventory, and fulfillment challenges while minimizing business disruption.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, Finance, Commercial, Product Development, and external partners.
• Establish, track, and improve KPIs related to supplier performance, inventory optimization, service levels, forecast accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
