Job summary

Elbit Systems of America, LLC is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead strategic and operational supply chain functions for the Warfighter Systems division. The position requires extensive procurement leadership, supplier development, and program management experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field.
12+ years of supply chain, procurement, or operations experience in a manufacturing environment.
5+ years leading teams with cross-functional influence.
Strong understanding of supplier development, risk mitigation, and production support.

Responsibilities

Direct material procurement programs to ensure timely, cost-effective supply of materials and services.
Lead negotiations and administration of subcontracts and supplier agreements for major assemblies.
Provide input on bills of materials, vendor criteria, and supplier quotes to secure favorable terms.
Monitor procurement functions for compliance and drive corrective actions as needed.
Develop procurement policies and oversee vendor relations, terms, and renegotiations.
Represent the company in government or customer negotiations related to procurement.
