Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business with 7-10 years’ experience in purchasing, planning, forecasting, shipping, receiving, warehousing, and manufacturing.
• At least three years of managerial experience.
• CPM, CPIM or CSCP preferred.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and planning schedule maximize customer service levels and manufacturing productivity.
• Minimize inventory to meet budgeted goals.
• Improve material flow from supplier through facility to end customer.
• Ensure materials are purchased timely and at fair prices.
• Foster cooperation between the supply chain group and the organization.
• Ensure orders are shipped on time and accurately.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets for Planning and Purchasing.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity.
