Qualifications

• BS in Supply Chain/Operations/Business or related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain; 7+ in a leadership role with measurable impact.
• 5+ years in manufacturing operations or supporting roles.
• Strong organizational, planning, negotiating, coaching, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret quantitative and qualitative data for stakeholders.
• Proficient in verbal/written communication; experience with electronic systems/programs.
• Experience developing enterprise-level strategies and executive communications.

Responsibilities

• Drive optimized sourcing strategy aligned with global manufacturing strategy.
• Lead manufacturing engagement with Corporate Supply Chain on inventory & improvements.
• Develop and implement supplier performance measurement and regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate contracts for materials, services, and capital equipment.
• Provide strategic inputs to Senior leadership for planning cycles.
