Job summary

Quaker Houghton in Conshohocken, PA, is seeking a supply chain planner to oversee capacity planning, MRP ownership, and overall supply chain optimization. The role focuses on ensuring accurate planning data and alignment with demand.

You will manage finite and rough-cut capacity planning, maintain MRP accuracy, support S&OP/S&OE meetings, and lead analytics using Power BI and Slimstock to drive improvements across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain management, production scheduling, S&OP, or related discipline.
• Experience with MRP, DRP, and capacity planning and strong data interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Certifications such as CPIM/CSCP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Capacity management and capacity planning; coordinate maintenance windows with site scheduling teams.
• MRP ownership; ensure accuracy of planned orders, requisitions, and inventory projections.
• Balance supply and demand at SKU/site levels; support S&OP and S&OE meetings with risk summaries and capacity outlook.
• Process improvement and analytics; use Power BI and planning tools to drive KPI-based decisions; manage Slimstock configurations.
