Job summary

What Do you Meme is seeking a Supply Chain Cost Analyst to own visibility into total landed cost and supply chain spend from factory to customer. You will track freight, warehouse, and COGS costs, and work with Finance, Sales, and Product teams to protect margins.

The role requires 3–5 years in cost analysis within supply chain, strong Excel and ERP experience (NetSuite), and a data-driven approach. Hybrid work options and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain cost analysis or related analytical role.
• Knowledge of inbound/outbound freight, 3PL cost structures, and landed cost.
• Understanding of COGS, standard costing, and inventory valuation.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling ability.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite.
• Ability to explain cost drivers clearly to non-finance partners.
• Experience with consumer products, toys, or games and Direct Import programs is a plus.
• Familiarity with customs, duties, tariffs, and BI/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze inbound and outbound freight costs (ocean, air, domestic).
• Audit carrier invoices against rates; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain freight rate tables; support RFQs and negotiations.
• Monitor freight cost per unit, per carton, and by channel/lane.
• Track and analyze 3PL and warehouse costs; audit invoices.
• Model landed cost by SKU; support cost setting and valuations.
• Analyze COGS and gross margin variances; explain key drivers.
• Own monthly cost reporting and KPI dashboards for leadership.
• Support budget and forecast processes for freight, warehousing, and COGS.
• Maintain cost data in NetSuite and related systems.
