Job summary

HAVI België seeks a Supply Chain Category Owner to lead strategy and execution for maintaining supply and minimizing obsolescence across promotions in the Quick Service Food Industry. This high-visibility role partners with clients and offshore operations to develop replenishment plans and drive improvements.

Based at 345 N Morgan St, Chicago, IL 60607, hybrid work; relocation assistance is not offered. You will manage relationships, analyze risks, and optimize inventory to meet service levels.

Qualifications

• Related Supply Chain Management experience (2-3 years preferred).
• University degree in Business, SCM, Economics, Operations or related discipline.
• Experience with Inventory/Demand/ERP Applications & Reporting Tools (JDA, JDE, OBIEE, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Proficiency in analytics is a plus.
• Experience in direct client interfacing preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with external customers and manage accounts with suppliers, DCs and customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional HAVI departments and offshore teams.
• Review and approve forecasts and inventory plans to support promotions.
• Analyze promotional capacity and financial risk with suppliers and create contingency plans.
• Aim for inventory optimization across the supply chain while minimizing costs.
• Communicate project status, issues, and reports to stakeholders; escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular meetings with customers, suppliers, DCs; drive alignment.
• Create and drive new ideas and processes to improve continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Manage assigned projects, timelines, and team deliverables to meet objectives.
• Perform other duties as required.
