Lam Research is seeking a Supply Chain Capacity Planner in the California Bay Area. You will assess supplier capacity risk, influence commodity teams, and drive capacity models to support build plans and spares, while performing supply-demand analyses and simulations using Kinaxis and SAP.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in project or program management within supply chain.
Understanding of supply planning and advanced planning systems, such as Kinaxis and SAP.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive business decisions.
Good verbal and written communication for executive messaging.
Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Drive preplanning to support ramping products with Product Sizing Team and Inventory Management.
Identify and mitigate supplier capacity risks with US-based commodity teams.
Create commodity-specific capacity models to drive constraint plans.
Analyze supply vs demand and run simulations using Kinaxis and SAP planning systems.
Support Kinaxis improvements, UAT, PBI dashboards, and training materials.
Develop clear communications for leadership and stakeholders.
