Responsibilities

• Plan and manage demand, inventory, and replenishment for finished goods.
• Coordinate with production plants and schedulers on delivery.
• Lead improvement projects and mentor junior staff as needed.
• Prepare reports on on-time performance and system metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales and customer-facing teams to balance risk.
• Maintain planning procedures and ensure ERP data accuracy.
