Job summary

Value Innovation Labs is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst (W2) to partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement to translate data into actionable insights. You will develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports to support strategic planning and day-to-day operations.

The role requires strong analytics, experience with Power BI and ERP systems, and a track record of driving cost optimization and performance improvement in regulated environments. Boston, MA-based on-site position.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics.
• Experience with KPI development and dashboards.
• Experience with spend analysis and cost optimization.
• Experience in a regulated environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and standardize supply chain KPIs and dashboards.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide reporting for site governance and performance reviews.
• Support inventory management, material flow, capacity planning, and supply chain execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish data-driven targets and monitor progress.
