Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Preferred: BA/BS in Industrial Engineering, Science, Operation Management or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong understanding of planning systems and S&OP.

Responsibilities

• Schedule build plans and purchase plans in the system to meet demand forecast.
• Manage and optimize inventory at every production stage.
• Collaborate with foundry/OSAT planning, Operations and Engineering to identify bottlenecks and manage constraints.
• Perform scenario analyses to understand material shortages and demand changes; implement mitigations.
• Maintain master data and planning parameter integrity across teams.
• Collaborate with Quality to evaluate supply continuity impacts and rebalance plans.
• Participate in S&OP/S&OE with capacity planning and sourcing to align long-term plans.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance process efficiency and operational performance.
