Job summary

Role partners with cross-functional stakeholders; proficiency in Excel/SQL/Power BI or Tableau is preferred. Office-based role with five days onsite in San Diego.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, CS, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience in program or project coordination, business analysis, or operations in cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and diverse datasets to identify trends and surface insights across multiple orgs.
• Develop and maintain program artifacts (roadmaps, schedules, JIRAs, CRs, status reports).
• HW ordering and tracking across geo-locations for chipset milestones.
• Plan bring-up labs (lab allocation, test HW management, bench allocation).
• Manage internal SOC/part demand for milestones.
• Collaborate with teams to define requirements, success metrics, adoption measures for AI-driven solutions.
• Track deliverables, drive follow-ups, remove blockers, ensure timely closure.
