Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Staff Sourcing Specialist to join the Strategic Costing & Analysis team within Procurement.

You will develop product cost models and scenario analyses to enable accurate financial planning and inform pricing decisions for our Datacenter and Custom Silicon portfolio. You will partner with Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to evaluate costs, identify optimization opportunities, and support critical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in sourcing or related work.
• Experience developing financial models, cost analyses, forecasts, and business case evaluations.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and scenario analysis.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry, including procurement and strategic sourcing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product cost models, forecasts, and business scenarios to support planning and proposals.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to optimize costs across the product lifecycle.
• Perform detailed cost analyses to support technology choices, manufacturing strategies, and roadmaps.
• Analyze cost drivers across semiconductor manufacturing, packaging, test, and supply chain to identify risks and opportunities.
• Create dashboards and reports translating data into clear business insights; drive forecasting accuracy and sourcing efficiency.
