Job summary

Western Digital is seeking a detail-oriented supply chain analyst to support cross-functional initiatives spanning Logistics, Supply Chain planning, ERP systems, Revenue and Audit. This role links overall supply chain operations with technology and auditors, documenting processes and driving analytics to improve efficiency.

You will analyze data from Oracle ERP, build reports, support audits, and help streamline end-to-end processes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field required or preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, business analysis, logistics, audit, or revenue operations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP.
• Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data analytics.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting system automation and digital transformation initiatives with AI.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional SOPs and process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Implementing manufacturing and/or business process improvements to increase capacity and reduce lead-time.
• Plan supply and customer orders; produce weekly material and capacity plans for logistics.
• Drive closure of excess/obsolete inventory and respond to internal inquiries.
• Analyze shipments, inventory, forecasts, and orders to provide management reporting.
• Support ERP enhancements through requirements gathering, UAT, and implementation.
• Perform monthly and quarterly inventory reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Build reports and models to track orders vs forecasts; measure supplier performance.
• Assist with revenue recognition processes and audits; support external auditors.
