Job summary

Aalberts is seeking a driven Supply Chain Analyst to join the global Supply Chain Department. You will own all supply chain reporting and analysis, delivering data-driven insights to optimize logistics, procurement, and service levels.

In this full-time role, you will develop dashboards with Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel, monitor KPIs like OTIF and inventory turns, and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Supply Chain/Analytics.
• 3–5 years in supply chain planning, inventory management, or analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel Macros and SQL; ability to query, assemble data and perform analytics.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, JD Edwards, or similar platforms.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply chain dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports using Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel tools.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Monitor and report KPIs including OTIF, Inventory Turns, DIO, Forecast Accuracy, and supplier performance.
• Present actionable recommendations and business insights to senior leadership.
• Lead inventory optimization initiatives across plants, distribution centers, and suppliers.
• Develop forecasting models and predictive analytics to improve inventory and service performance.
• Support demand, supply, and inventory planning processes through statistical analysis and scenario modeling.
• Lead master data governance efforts and ensure data integrity across ERP systems.
