Job summary

ALPLA Group in the United States is seeking a capable supply chain professional to lead planning and inventory control, capacity and data analysis, and warehouse automation initiatives. You will coordinate ERP data, drive KPI monitoring, and collaborate across procurement, production, sales, IT, and quality teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in related field and 3+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics, with strong Excel, Power BI, and ERP skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.

Responsibilities

Lead S&OP processes to align supply with demand and manage inventory performance.
Develop planning strategies considering machine capacity, changeovers, and storage.
Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy and Days in Inventory (DII).
Identify supply risks and improvement opportunities.
Evaluate production, warehousing, and transportation capacity.
Integrate real-time IIoT and ERP data to inform operational decisions.
Optimize material flow and warehouse layout using lean principles.
Evaluate, implement, and maintain automation systems.
