Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst in Reading, PA. The role serves as a liaison among Operations, Engineering and Technology to support solutions, systems implementations and cost-saving initiatives.

It involves processing ODC routing, data analysis, and regular reporting while engaging with senior levels. Ideal candidates will have 1–4 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Logistics & Supply Chain, and solid skills in Access and Excel.

Qualifications

1–4 years of comparable work experience preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management required.
Strong written and oral communication skills required.
Intermediate experience with Access and Excel required.

Responsibilities

Analyze data to generate standard routing or load plans and provide reports.
Support design and implementation of supply chain solutions per business agreements.
Participate in process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
Adhere to established business rules and meet customer deadlines.
Interact with customers by phone, email or in person as needed.
Collaborate with senior staff to resolve issues and communicate status.
