Amazon.com Services LLC in the Atlanta area is seeking a Transportation Planning Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our middle mile network. You will analyze supply programs, execute defect tracking, and prepare leadership-ready insights with SQL, Excel, and BI tools.

This role collaborates with carrier management, forecasting, site operations, and technology teams to drive improvements, ensure data integrity, and deliver timely performance updates across 3P and 1P programs.

Formación

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, lookups).
• Experience managing large data sets to drive performance.
• 1+ years of program management, logistics, operations, transportation, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with SQL.
• Cross-functional collaboration across several teams.
• Familiarity with intermodal transportation, carrier bid processes, or freight procurement.

Responsabilidades

• Support bid processes including award validation and post-award reconciliation.
• Flag gaps between contracted capacity and actual load volume; elevate findings.
• Document root causes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
• Track weekly defect trends by category, region and carrier; elevate with data.
• Pull and review supply/demand data to identify forecast misalignment.
• Prepare data summaries and performance updates for leadership reviews.
