Job summary

Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to lead middle mile performance programs, focusing on truckload freight, carrier programs, and data-driven improvements. You will design metrics, analyze data with Excel/SQL, and collaborate with 3P carriers and Amazon tech teams to boost on-time delivery at the lowest cost, with domestic travel 25-50%.

This role requires 3+ years PM experience and a Bachelor's, plus a track record of process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas).
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the design, development, and delivery of key programs, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to inform business decisions across customer-facing programs.
• Analyze data across databases using Excel, SQL, Amazon Quick, and other data management systems, and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
• Use AI to improve efficiency while maintaining ownership of accuracy and credibility of outputs.
• Influence third-party (3P) carrier leadership and Amazon technology teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance service, iterate technology, and strengthen vendor engagement and growth.
• Assess how Middle Mile Box Truck (MMBT) supply chains can efficiently serve each program, identify opportunities, and align with key stakeholders to influence program decision‑making.
• Travel domestically 25%–50%.
