Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Supplier Relationship Specialist in Indianapolis for a hybrid role with three office days per week. You will manage the supplier account view, govern the account, monitor delivery, and drive risk insight across cross-functional teams.

You will coordinate inputs from Aerospace Procurement and P&SC, support supplier capacity planning, and advance opportunities across cost, technology and partnerships while ensuring data quality and governance discipline.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 4+ years of supply chain or customer management experience, OR
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of supply chain or customer management experience, OR
• Master’s degree, OR
• JD/PhD, OR
• 6+ years of supply chain or customer management experience in lieu of a degree
• U.S. Citizen eligibility required

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrated account view across category, contract, program, operational, technology, financial and risk information.
• Coordinate account governance, preparing reviews, decisions and executive engagements and maintaining accurate records of commitments and actions.
• Track delivery of the supplier account strategy monitoring priorities, value opportunities, risks and outcomes and escalating where progress is at risk.
• Connects matrix contributors coordinating inputs and follow-through across Aerospace Procurement, P&SC and the wider organization.
• Supports supplier capacity and strategic risk insight maintaining a forward view of supplier capability, resilience, financial exposure and mitigation actions.
• Supports value and relationship initiatives helping progress opportunities across cost, cash, technology, innovation, capacity and partnership.
• Improves account discipline strengthening data quality, reporting, action management and consistent ways of working across the account team.
