Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum years of experience: 3+ years in relevant industry or 5+ years in SLB/Direct Field Operations/Technology Center.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (mechanical preferred).
• Fluency in English required; other languages beneficial depending on supplier locations.
• Commonly preferred certifications: ISO 9001 lead auditor; Six Sigma Green/Black Belt; ASQ CQE.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, select, and monitor suppliers to ensure quality compliance and risk mitigation.
• Audit and assess supplier readiness; conduct supplier evaluations and audits.
• Collaborate with engineering and procurement to align on quality specs and performance.
• Maintain records of audits, supplier performance, and corrective actions.
• Lead or support supplier quality initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Support NPD and First Article activities with supplier readiness and spec alignment.
