Job summary

Aisin Texas Corporation in Cibolo, TX, seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering team, drive continuous improvement, and manage budgets for automotive manufacturing operations.

You will guide design, development, testing, and implementation of improvements to processes, equipment, and product quality while collaborating across departments to achieve high performance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years in manufacturing management or leadership within an organization of more than 100 employees.
• Knowledge of automotive or industrial manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
• Experience leading kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop the Engineering team to support manufacturing objectives and drive functional excellence.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies, processes, and best practices to improve operational performance.
• Coach and evaluate Engineering team performance to enhance effectiveness.
• Create and manage engineering project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet milestones and targets.
• Oversee capital equipment investments aligned with operations and business needs.
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments to resolve engineering and production issues promptly.
