GE HealthCare in Wisconsin seeks a Senior Supplier Quality & Development leader to guide supplier selection, development, and monitoring across sites. You will influence SQEs and partners to achieve quality, compliance, and business outcomes.

You will drive continuous improvement via CAPA, data analytics, and Lean practices, while ensuring QMS and regulatory requirements are met. This role requires travel and leadership in a global organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain
• Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration across all levels
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required

Responsabilidades

• Lead execution of supplier quality and development strategies for NPI, transfers, and improvements
• Provide indirect leadership, set expectations, and coach SQEs to higher performance
• Act as escalation lead for complex supplier quality issues and drive root-cause investigations
• Drive supplier performance improvements using metrics like DPPM and SCAR effectiveness
• Partner with Sourcing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Product Management to deliver quality with cost discipline
• Embed Heartbeat principles into supplier operations with SQDC and visual management
• Lead structured problem solving using CAPA, A3, and disciplined execution
• Drive operational rigor through standard work and transparent performance tracking
• Lead data analytics and digital tools to monitor supplier performance and identify risks
• Ensure QMS and regulatory requirements are followed, including supplier audits
