Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, or technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of Supplier Quality & Development strategies across NPI, transfers, and sustaining quality improvements.
• Provide indirect leadership across the SQE team and coach less experienced members.
• Act as escalation leader for complex supplier quality issues, lead root cause investigations, and ensure CAPA effectiveness.
• Drive supplier performance improvements across DPPM, SCAR, and readiness for NPIs/transfers.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sourcing, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, and Product Management to deliver high-quality products.
