Zusammenfassung

ABM Industries is seeking a Supplier Enablement Analyst to support onboarding and enablement activities across Coupa SIM and related systems. You will process supplier requests, maintain master data, and help suppliers adopt approved procurement processes and tools.

Responsibilities include data quality checks, catalog and PunchOut enablement coordination, and handling ServiceNow tickets with strict adherence to SLAs. Strong communication and data-management skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 2-4+ years in procurement operations, supplier onboarding/enablement, or related functions.
• Experience in high-volume environment with defined SLAs and cross-functional Stakeholders.
• Experience with Coupa or similar procurement platforms; Coupa SIM/CSP integration preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance and timely processing.
• Clear written and verbal communication with suppliers and internal partners.
• Good organizational skills, prioritization, follow-through, and customer service orientation.

Aufgaben

• Process supplier onboarding, maintenance, reactivation, and profile changes.
• Review supplier forms for completeness and data accuracy; route exceptions.
• Support CSP adoption, supplier communications, training, and self-service resources.
• Coordinate with Category Management and Technology for Catalog and PunchOut enablement.
• Maintain supplier records, perform data-quality checks, resolve duplicates or inconsistencies.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets and supplier inquiries; communicate status and escalations.
• Collaborate with MDM and Technology to investigate integration issues and root causes.
• Monitor queues, cycle times, backlog, and SLA performance; report status and improvements.
• Create process docs, work instructions, and knowledge articles for onboarding.
• Support testing, releases, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
