Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Engineering/related field; Master's preferred.
- 10+ years in Supply Chain, Contracts, or related; or 7+ with Master's.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Subcontracts team across programs, proposals and supply chain initiatives.
- Oversee development, negotiation, and administration of high-value subcontracts and supplier agreements.
- Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, DoD regulations, and Saab procurement policies.
- Provide SME guidance on subcontracting requirements and risk evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with program objectives.
