• Demonstrated experience in negotiating, drafting and administering complex contracts.
• Expert knowledge of procurement regulations (UCC, FAR, DFAR) required.
• Knowledge of international contracts and experience with various cultures is highly desirable.

• Lead subcontract teams on assigned programs.
