Job summary

Hanwha Defense USA, Inc. seeks a Subcontracts Manager to lead the lifecycle of complex subcontracts across production, engineering, and service programs in the defense sector.

You will shape subcontract strategy, engage suppliers globally, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and customer requirements. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of defense subcontract administration or procurement experience.
• Experience with defense subcontract forms (cost-type, fixed-price).

Responsibilities

• Lead full subcontract lifecycle from planning to closeout for production, development, and services.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage subcontracts with U.S. and international suppliers.
• Ensure FAR/DFARS/ITAR compliance and data rights management.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Production, Engineering, and Finance.
• Support proposal activities including RFP development and cost/price analysis.
• Manage supplier performance, schedule, quality, and risk mitigation.
• Contribute to long-term supplier relationships and strategic sourcing.
• Coordinate with legal and export control stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain subcontract documentation and audit readiness.
• Provide inputs for CPARS data and supplier scorecards.
