Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1+ years of experience in supply chain, subcontracts, procurement, or related field.
• Working knowledge of procurement practices, contract law, finance, and accounting.
• Ability to independently manage non-routine assignments with sound judgment.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, and administer subcontracts per requirements and policies.
• Prepare complex solicitations and support proposal activities.
• Conduct price and cost analysis and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Manage subcontracts typically valued up to $100,000, with opportunities for higher-value agreements.
• Partner with program and procurement teams to ensure supplier performance and compliance.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to less experienced team members.
• Collaborate with suppliers, internal customers, procurement teams, and senior management as needed.
