Responsabilidades

• Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for procurement.
• Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders conferences, and evaluates proposals.
• Negotiates subcontract provisions and administers resulting subcontracts.
• Coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts with contracts administration and purchasing.
