Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead subcontractor sourcing, onboarding, and contract management in support of CNS programs. You will work with Estimating, Procurement, and Legal to ensure pricing, capacity, and terms align with project needs.

You will build and monitor subcontractor relationships, analyze market trends, and drive cost savings while ensuring compliance and risk management across geographies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in telecom, utility, or infrastructure construction, or a BA + 5 years of experience.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business judgment and ability to align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute subcontractor sourcing strategies aligned to division needs.
• Research industry trends to identify suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Onboard subcontractors across disciplines and geographies; align procurement with company goals.
• Negotiate pricing, scope, and terms; manage service agreements and purchase orders.
