Job summary

Titan America in Medley, Florida is seeking a Corporate Manager, Structural Engineering to provide enterprise-wide leadership for structural engineering across our manufacturing and production facilities.

Based in Medley, FL, this role serves as the subject matter expert for structural integrity, assessment, repair, and design of industrial facilities supporting cement, aggregates, ready-mix concrete, and related operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as corporate technical authority for structural engineering across Titan America's operating companies.
• Lead structural evaluations of industrial facilities including foundations, silos, processes, buildings, and conveyors.
• Perform site visits to assess conditions, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions for asset reliability.
• Develop engineering solutions for repairs, rehabilitation, and facility improvements to enhance safety and performance.
• Support capital projects from planning through commissioning with structural expertise.
