Qualifications

• Background in law, government or public policy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and implement government affairs strategies before state legislature and regulatory agencies.
• Represent the company before external constituencies including elected officials and state/local agencies.
• Manage relationships with public officials, government associations, and external consultants.
• Draft, analyze, and present legislation, amendments, and testimony as required.
• Lead government affairs team and organize community engagements and events.
• Oversee outside counsel and lobbyists; manage response to escalated governmental issues.
