Job summary

AKOYA in Washington, DC seeks a Stakeholder Engagement Specialist for an Evergreen full-time role, focusing on government and partner outreach. The person will coordinate briefings, maintain stakeholder lists in CRM, and support events and workshops for federal clients.

Candidates should have at least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience or a master’s with 3+ years. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a public-facing security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience, or a Master's with 3+ years.
• U.S. citizenship with verbal and written English fluency.
• Ability to obtain a federal security clearance (public trust).
• Onsite in Washington, D.C. and familiarity with government contracting contexts.
• Familiarity with responsible AI principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research, coordinate, and prepare briefing documents, outlines, talking points and presentations for client stakeholder outreach events.
• Maintain event tracking and stakeholder lists through CRM tools.
• Support stakeholder engagement team at events, briefings, speaking tours and workshops, including registration and notetaking.
• Track, analyze, measure, and report on the effectiveness of outreach programs and events.
• Arrange client stakeholder engagement events with government agencies, partners, nonprofits, and academia.
• Collect and supplement program information to maximize insights from resources and data.
• Plan and oversee administration and follow-up for events and related tactics.
• Identify stakeholders and invite participants for events and tours with partners.
• Manage ongoing outreach projects such as social media monitoring and customer satisfaction analysis.
• Publish regular research updates, reports, and presentations.
