Job summary

Akoya is seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Specialist (Evergreen – Fulltime) to support nationwide client outreach from our Washington, DC office. You will craft briefing materials, manage stakeholder lists in CRM, and assist at events and workshops to advance client missions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or a Master’s with 3+ years, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a public trust clearance. Familiarity with responsible AI principles is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship required with verbal and written English fluency.
• Onsite role based in Washington, D.C.
• Must be able to obtain a federal security clearance (public trust level).
• Familiarity with responsible AI principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare briefing documents, outlines, talking points and presentations for stakeholder outreach events.
• Maintain event tracking and stakeholder lists through CRM tools.
• Support engagement team at events, briefings, speaking tours and workshops.
• Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of outreach programs and events.
• Plan and oversee stakeholder outreach events with government agencies, partners, nonprofits, and academia.
