Job summary

Sierra Space is seeking a Sr Program Manager (Clearance Required) to lead one or more programs with end-to-end responsibility for cost, schedule, and technical performance. You will manage budgets, schedules, and performance across cross-functional teams, leveraging EVMS and Cam practices to drive success.

Ideal candidates bring a strong engineering background, 12+ years of program management experience, and an active Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 12+ years of related experience with senior-level program management.
• Active U.S. security clearance (Top Secret) is required.
• Certifications: Senior-level project management certifications preferred (e.g., PfMP).
• Proven ability to lead complex programs and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a program, IPT, or portfolio with responsibility for cost, schedule, and technical performance up to $250M.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor performance and take corrective actions.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders; prepare reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations to achieve objectives.
• Apply EVMS, CAM, BOE, FAR, and CAS practices to ensure program success.
• Develop and initiate Learning & Development programs to strengthen team capabilities.
